Bag Filter

【基本說明】：

袋式過濾器一種結構新穎、體積小、操作簡便靈活、節能、高效、密閉工作、適用性強的多用途過濾設備。袋式過濾器內部由金屬網籃支撐濾袋，液體由入口流進，經濾袋過濾后從出口流出，雜質攔截在濾袋中，更換濾袋后可繼續使用。

Basic Specification:

The inner of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket, and the liquid flows in from the inlet, then flows out from the outlet and the filtration is completed. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag, and the filter can continue to use by replacing the filter bag.

【結構及工作原理】：

袋式過濾器是一種壓力式過濾裝置，主要有過濾筒體、過濾筒蓋和快開機構、不銹鋼濾袋加強網等主要部件組成。

濾液由過濾器外殼的旁側入口管流入濾袋，濾袋本身是裝置在加強網籃內，液體滲透過所需要細度等級的濾袋即能獲得合格的濾液，雜質顆粒被濾袋攔截。該機更換濾袋十分方便，過濾基本無物料消耗。

Structure and working principle:

Bag filter is a kind of pressure filter device, which mainly consists of filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover, quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement net and other main components.

The filtrate is flowed into the filter bag by the side inlet pipe of the outer covering. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing basket. The qualified filtrate can be obtained by the filter bag with the required fineness grade for liquid penetration, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. It is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and basically no material consumption during filtration process.
