【結構及工作原理】：

刷式自清洗過濾器主要由電機、電控箱、控制管路、主管組件、濾芯組件、不銹鋼刷、框架組件、傳動軸、進出口連接法蘭等部件組成。電控箱和控制管路構成過濾機的控制部分，用于實現自動清洗排污過程。

當水從底部進水口進入自清洗過濾器濾筒內部，雜質被攔在過濾筒內壁，過濾后的干凈水從出水口流出，當濾筒內壁的雜質越積越多時，自清洗過濾器進出口的壓差達到預設值或達到清洗時間或手動預制時，過濾器將開始自清洗過程，整個自清洗過程包含兩個步驟：打開位于自清洗過濾器上的自動排污閥；電機帶動自清洗過濾器濾網內的清洗刷，被濾網所攔下來的雜質從排污閥排出，清洗時系統不斷流，自清洗過濾器的整個運行過程由隨機配備的一個智能控制箱來控制。控制方式可選壓差、時間、手動及PLC控制。

Structure and working principle:

Brush self-cleaning filter mainly consists of motor, electronic cabinet, control pipeline, main pipe component, filter element component, stainless steel brush, frame component, transmission shaft, import and export connecting flange and other components. The electronic cabinet and the control pipeline constitute the control part of the filter, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and sewage discharge process.

When water enters the filter cartridge of self-cleaning filter from the bottom inlet, impurities are blocked in the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities accumulate in the inner wall of the filter cartridge, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manually prefabricates, the self-cleaning process will start. The whole self-cleaning process includes two steps: open the automatic drain valve on the self-cleaning filter; the motor drives the cleaning brush in the filter screen of the self-cleaning filter, and the impurities blocked by the filter screen are discharged from the drain valve. The system flows continuously during the cleaning process. The whole operation process of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box randomly equipped. Pressure difference, time, manual and PLC control can be selected as the control mode.
